There will be 2 rounds of scratch strokeplay

Round 1 played on the 18 September 2011.
Round 2 played on the 18 September 2011.

Each County Union will field a team of 6 players (The best 5 scores in each round count.)

Amendments to your order of play must be handed in at the Championship Office by 1400hrs on the official practice day (Saturday 17th)

In the event of a tie the non counting scores will be aggregated. Should there still be a tie the last 9 holes of the best 5 scores will be aggregated.

It is obligatory for all competitors in the Championship to play with a ball which is named on the current R & A list of conforming golf balls.

It is a condition of competition that the driver a player uses is included on the R&A List of Conforming Driver Heads. Penalty for breach of condition – Disqualification.

Competitors WILL NOT be permitted to wear shorts on the golf course.

The use of distance measuring devices is not permitted. Penalty – disqualification.
